Bio:
I first found the love for power kiting 1 year ago when I managed to have a play on a Flexifoil 6.5m Blade Mark lV. I never looked back from and before I knew it I found myself owning a quiver of Flexifoil Blades and a Flexifoil Buggy. Here I proceeded to start learning how to freestyle flatland, learning ground spins, two wheels, backwards and so on. Within 3 months I went airbourne for my first time...WOW what had I been missing!!
Sadly I had a small set back at the end of the winter last year with nasty bang to my shoulder leading to Grade 3 shoulder seperation. However with a good amount of rest and taking up the job of photographer instead I soon healed and was back in the buggy where I proceeded to work hard and get back to learning new tricks. Being an adrenline junky I like to learn fast and im constantly looking for that next trick and tired to recoup the time lost. That brings me to where I am today a very pround member of the Flexifoil Freestyle Team. Cannot wait to find out what the future holds!!!

Local Beaches: (The Aberavon Sand Pirates)
Well these wonderfull little beaches are where the majority of my learning has occured. Meeting some wonderfull people known as the Aberavon Sand Pirates
Aberavon Beach:
Rideable from two hours either side of high tide providing about 2km of beach suitible for a South Westerly wind. Kiteable only up to the sea wall, kiting is restricted pass this area. (Link to google maps)
Swansea Bay:
Another sand pirates local spot working well on a Southerly or South Easterly wind. On the right tides and winds you can travel all the way around the coast to mumbles. Free parking and access at the observatory makes the beach a little gem. (Link to google maps)
CLSC Pembrey Beach:
Huge and brillant beach providing plenty of room and parking. CLSC insurance is required or you can be signed in by a member to access the beach. Membership fee includes Fly Anywhere Insurance (where flying is permitted) but check out the site for full detials. Highly worth going, your certinley wont run out of room. Beach is tidal but when it goes out you certinley wont see it for 6 hours. Here is CLSC's website with info on the restrictions, access, Forums and much more: http://www.clscuk.co.uk/ --- Link to google maps)
